Anna & Andrew | Athens Wedding | Thompson House and Gardens

Anna and Andrew did their getting ready and reception at the incredible Thompson House and Gardens in Bogart, GA.  The ceremony was held at Faith Presbyterian Church in Watkinsville.  I loved every part of their wedding and could tell they put much thought into every detail.  The reception had tons of fun activities for guests, such as highlighting a special Bible verse, signing a wooden "J" for Jarrett, leaving a message at the video booth, etc.  And even some of the events during the reception were new to me, like the Shoe Game!  During this game, the bride and groom sit back-to-back and answer questions about each other and the upcoming "roles" in their marriage by using their shoes.  Needless to say, some of the responses were hilarious!  Big thanks to everyone involved in this wedding day, including family and friends!  Randy Burton of Dynamite Entertainment was a blast to work with and kept everyone entertained at the reception.  The catering by Mama's Boy was an awesome touch, and Jacki Garrison's planning, coordinating, and directing kept everything running perfectly.  To add to this incredible occasion, it was also Andrew's birthday and his parents' 29th anniversary!  Hope you enjoy!

Andrew's grandparents were the last dancing during the Anniversary Dance. 62 years married!

The groom's cake became a surprise birthday cake since it was Andrew's birthday.
